The easiest way I think is to use Ops Nav. Basic Operations/Printer Output

Just drag and drop the spool file to your desktop and it will convert to
text.

Alternative. Create a file with a single field as wide as the print file
is. Use CPYSPLF to copy spool file to database table and then use CPYTOSTMF
to copy to IFS.
