Check out JetPayi5 (http://www.jetpayi5.com/features.htm) I checked them out for System i Developer and was impressed with how easy the software was to use - and I loved the price. Our only issue was the time and resource needed to qualify as a vendor - we just didn't have the cycles so we stuck with our existing vendor (First Data) and we use their web API via PHP.

Haven't looked it over personally but the lads at Krengel have Krengel Credit which should also meet your needs.
