Index advisor recommends a 10 column Index
over a 1.1M row table that is hit moderately heavy
by several office managers on a daily basis.

This table grows by several hundred rows each day,
and by a few thousand one day, usually Friday.

The first six columns do a lot to get the number
of candidate rows down to around 1000 rows,
usually well under.

My thought is to create an index on the first
six columns based on my knowledge of the
data and office manager queries.

Thanks in advance for all comments and suggestions.
