Anybody have any experience with HBOC Series 2000?

Specifically, WUS displays "Unable to communicate with UPDATECONTROL
program".

Press F16, and allowed options are to start and stop.

Option 1 fails with message "The Series Online System is already started.
Request denied."

Option 3 to stop displays "Unable to communicate with update control
program."

I have looked at data area BSYCNT. Don't know where else to look.
