I believe Help Systems has something that will work cross-platform. Yeah, Robot/Schedule Enterprise.

There is a thing called UC4 - that is in use at this company. There is a piece that can work with IBM i as well as the other platforms - might be Windows-based, not sure. There was an article or 2 in ITJungle on it awhile ago, IIRC.
