As previous explained RTVCLSRC will get you new line numbers. Look for 
the statement

STRSBS ZMPLUS

This is the statement that is failing. I suspect that there will be no 
MONMSG beneath this statment as there are beneath nearly every other 
statement in the program. Oops!
