A refresh is very invasive. Your initial discs that you received from IBM
for 6.1 was a refresh. "G/A" code is a refresh of what was out in Beta. I
would expect full translations out in each refresh. If not, I recommend
you contact IBM and report this. I can see how some parts of SST might
slip through the cracks. Still I would report it.

Now, IBM does tend to release some stuff out in PTF's and these often
avoid translation. Or program products which continue to have strange
numbering like 5798FAX.
