You can also use the following technique:

1. create a QCPFMSG message file in some other library (or QTEMP), with only the message ID CPA3138 with a default reply of "I"

2. then issue OVRMSGF MSGF(QCPFMSG) TOMSGF(QTEMP/QCPFMSG) SECURE(*YES),

3. issue CHGJOB ... INQMSGRPY(*DFT)

4. issue the CPYF command

5. issue DLTOVR FILE(QCPFMSG)

6. issue CHGJOB to change back to the prior value for INQMSGRPY, right after the CPYF has completed

This avoids having to change the system reply list, which is "system wide" and affects ALL JOBS on the system.

CPA3138 is not a monitorable message for CPYF.

You could investigate using the system reply list to automatically answer
the message.

ADDRPYLE lets you add an automatic reply for messages, but the running job
must be submitted with INQMSGRPY(*SYSRPYL)
