Anyone got any experience in applying Agile techniques in an ILE + RPG environment?

As chair of AgilePhilly.com, the Agile User group here in Philadelphia, we would argue that you do not need to use OO to be Agile.
True, there may be some facets of Agile methods that you might not have in place that OOP lends itself to (for instance, Continuous Integration that also runs Unit Tests),
but that does not mean you are not "being Agile".

As others here have said, Agile is a frame of mind.
