Rob,
Did you ever consider using AJS instead of the base scheduler, many more options.

We already have a CPYJOBSCDE.
I ran a
WRKJOBSCDE SCDBY(OriginalPerson)
and changed the USER parameter for all the ones that weren't whacked.
(Like old 'one-off' whose time is past, deleted library, etc).
I left it up to the NewPerson to run the WRKJOBSCDE SCDBY(OriginalPerson), run the CPYJOBSCDE, and delete the original. If they so desire.
Thanks though Carsten.

I can change USER in WRKJOBSCDE and that gets a bulk of my concerns
done. I still want to change the "scheduled by". I don't supposed
someone has written a command or program utilizing the APIs to do so
have they?
A "scheduled by" attribute would seem to me, to be /historical/
information. Thus modifying the value would be the equivalent of
/rewriting history/ of the ADDJBOSCDE. Seems to me that you would want
to remove the current entry and then re-add the entry, but effected by
the desired user profile.
