Do a WRLIBPDM *ALL and look for any libraries beginning with # and QSSP -
those are the S/36 environment OS libraries. The STRS36 *CMD, if it is on
your system, should reside in the QSSP library.

Another library to check is QS36F which is where any S/36 files would be
found.
