Yeah, I've seen all that - eventually I got a page that wanted to validate an email address in my IBM ID profile.

I plodded on ahead and tried ordering the CUME - it worked fine - just got the emails for the FTP information.

I am pretty sure that I'm not on any maintenance - no machine attached to me anymore. I do list Ecolab in my organization information, but nothing beyond that, that I know of.

So it does toss up these roadblocks, but I got through, and I think I'm pretty plain vanilla at this time.

That log in may be their check to see if you're on maintenance.
