Everyone has iNav available. There is no cost to use that. The only
parts of IBM i Access for Windows which are chargeable are 5250 and file
transfer. You can load up iNav on your computer and use it against lpars
which have none of the IBM i Access for Windows products loaded.
Don't want to load it and you have a 7.1 machine at a somewhat recent TR?
Then try http://youribmi:2001 where youribmi is replaced by the name of
the lpar you are connecting to. They've rewritten that at a certain level
of TR and it has many of the functions of the fat client iNav.
