FWiW, beyond just an empirical result, the object "Change operation" logged as a T-ZC Object Auditing entry for the Job Queue (*JOBQ) object is the documented effect as described in the "Security Reference" wherein also, the layout of the ZC (Change to Object) journal entries specific data is explained, including that Access Type 24 (0x00024F) is "Hold":
