Paul,
I have used a custom user option in PDM as explained in the link below to
get all private authorities in a library:
http://search400.techtarget.com/tip/Display-all-objects-private-authorities-from-a-given-library
If you only want to view to public authorities you can use the PRTPUBAUT
command.
