I had the same message, CPF7001 damage last night during an IPL following when I had to force down the partition from the HMC.

Based on the messages before and after, I think they were all *JRNRCV.

Journal receiver QZMF4225 created in library QUSRSYS.
Journal receivers QZMF4224 and *N detached.
Journal receiver QSXJRN4258 created in library QUSRSYS.
Journal receivers QSXJRN4257 and *N detached.
Journal receiver QSQJRN2108 created in library QMGTC2.
Damage was detected but has been ignored.
Journal receivers QSQJRN2107 and *N detached.
Journal receiver COMDB1044 created in library COMDB200.
Damage was detected but has been ignored.
Journal receivers COMDB1043 and *N detached.
Journal receiver DDJRN20123 created in library PSAUDIT.
Journal receivers DDJRN20122 and *N detached.
Journal receiver QASOSC3106 created in library QUSRSYS.
Damage was detected but has been ignored.
Journal receivers QASOSC3105 and *N detached.
Journal receiver QYPSDB2108 created in library QMGTC.
Damage was detected but has been ignored.

log (DSPJOBLOG command) for the messages that identify the cause of the
damage.

Intensive review of the joblog failed to find the cause.
