I Googled up this document http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/slkbase.nsf/ibmscdirect/AC6BC27C8F9EE4CA862577B60005E0DC, which is titled "IBM i Recommended Fixes - InfoPrint Designer".

Looks like you download and apply the PTF's and then install the designer on your PC from the install media in the /QIBM/ProdData IFS path.

IBM tells me we have two (2) licenses for 5733-ID1 InfoPrint Designer, but in
two weeks and hours on the phone I have not been able to acquire the
binary or even to determine how I might get one.

I have been told that anyone who had the product installed can do
SAVLICPGM to a save file, FTP that savf to a desktop and then zip it up and
email to me, if they do not have access to the Install Media to make an ISO
copy of same.

I would be very grateful to anyone capable of fulfilling my need.
