Some futher information:

Look at: http://think400.dk/adhoc_4.htm#eks0025

The char: Capital Letter A Tilde should be x'66', but it depends on the QCCSID.

Research this:
What are the hexadecimal ranges of characters displayable on a 5250
screen?
What is the hex value of the desired character?

A genuine 5250 display had the hex key. So you could hit Hex 4 5 and it
would display whatever character X'45' was.

If they can do DBCS you would think there's some way to do that character
also.
