Yeah, I found that over the weekend and tried it, but failed.

The first step is 'launch an xterm shell', which I clicked on the link, and the first step of that says 'Open a terminal by right-clicking the background and selecting Terminals > rshterm'

Right click the background of what? I am running the HMC remotely and there is no 'background' since I am in a browser. I suspect that will only work if I was actually sitting in front of the HMC and could minimize the window (which is NOT in a browser).

I am reluctant to have the onsite personnel get into the shell on the HMC. Even if they could, without messing something up, having them read the log to me would be a trip in itself.
