Thanks.  I'll probably stick with the current VIOS configuration then.  
I still haven't quite worked out in my head how to move the existing 
data that is on physical drives for the two i partitions and the Power 
Linux one.  I might just back them up to tape and then restore.  But I 
was wondering if I could maybe migrate the data in the physical drives 
to a virtual drive after I get the RAID module installed.  VIOS might 
have a migration or copy tool...I haven't looked yet.  I need to get 
through the Common conference before I start breaking stuff......
