We are not using the older versions, I'm just surprised they are still on
the system.
I guess no one removed them during previous release upgrade.

Sometimes, it depends, maybe.
If within +/- 2 versrions, updates/upgrades should be clean and automatic.
If older than 2 versions, which is not supported, anything can happen,
probably takes a manual removal.

Subject: old versions of Client Access on system

Looking at a V6R1 system - moving to V7R1

Older versions of CA Exist

5763XD1 *BASE Client Access/400 Optimized for Windows old
5761XE1 *BASE IBM System i Access for Windows
current
5763XK1 *BASE Client Access/400 for Windows 3.1 old
5763XK1 1 CA/400 - Windows 3.1 SBCS

When new versions loaded, do previous versions need removal?
