RE: Excel - IBM I Access Data Transfer error at 64, 000 rows - CWBTF0012

This was a very simple fix, but not well documented.
Excel by default opens as XLS.
In order for the 65,000+ to work, it needs to be XLSX.
Here is how change EXCEL so by default it opens as XLSX.
1. Open Excel (you should get Book1 [Compatibility Mode] by default)
2. Save-As (F12) and save it as Book1.xlsx (the 2007 format) in the following location:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\XLSTART
3. Restart Excel

Another option?  Use the Scott Klement technique of writing directly to
Excel.  Bypassing CSV and file transfer.

Search also SQL2XLS.
