Load source, and alternate ipl tagging on 9408-M25

I am trying to initialize a 9408-M25 for shipment back. No, I do not give
a rip about doing a DOD rated disk wipe. I just want a simple wipe by
reinstalling the OS.
Originally it was one host lpar with two guests.
I want to make it just one large host lpar with all hardware assigned to
it.
I screwed up and didn't record the old host lpar's tagged I/O before
deleting it. Which probably explains the reference code of B2003088
LP=00001.
