We were experiencing intermittent card authorization failures, beginning at 23:30 last night through 11:00 am this morning , which in turn caused Curbstone and/or ICOMS credit card interface to fail.
When the issue occurs, we need to stop and recycle both ICOMS and Curbstone to get the system up and running.
Some errors resulted with a "socket closed" within the Curbstone logs, other errors Curbstone simply "hung" with no errors.
Opened log with TSYS, TSYS support stated they were not having any issues
Opened a second log with TSYS, escalated with BOA involved.
Some sort of maintenance was performed with TSYS, details not available.
Did anyone else experience any CC issues with TSYS beginning at 23:30 last night through 11:00 am this morning?
