That was easy. Installed the 5770XH2 and PTF, ran the command to configure it, logged in and used it. Switched active session from PC web browser to phone browser and back.

Does that mean the XH2 I downloaded today isn't what you referred to? I didn't order an entitlement; it was just there for the download. I haven't tried to install it yet (time is hard to find!)

Yea, we are aware that getting this from the ESS site is not the most
friendly. Today you actually have to order the entitlement. We have
reached out to the ESS team and they are working on making an update so
that the XH2 update entitlement will show automatically under your SS1
entitlements. Should make the process much easier. At least then it should
be find-able. The iAccess Mobile Web Page will be updated with these new
instructions once they are complete - Couple of weeks I have been told.
