RE: PTF apply philosophies

I did a bunch of PTF's for clients the end of June. I ordered TR8 along with
the groups and HIPERs. I did the cume package first, and then did everything
else. TR8 went on with no problem.

After all the discussion here, I was a bit concerned, so I'm glad I waited
for a couple extra HIPER packages to be released.

My plan is to have my cumes/groups I applied last night run until around
month end, and then I will apply them permanently. I'll check for the
existence of the *savf's after that is done.

Then just after month end we do a full restricted state system save, and
after that is done I'm going to apply TR8.
