while loading QSYS objects, message "Unexpected error condition“
occurs. Tried this two times then switched to manual method as I
needed to have this little test LPAR on V7R2 so I did not take exact
note of message :(

Review the errors in the QPJOBLOG for those failed IPLs:

WRKSPLF SELECT(QSYS *N *N SCPF) /* defaults assumed */

Also, the VLogs and\or MSD I believe will record the SRC; i.e. if the "message" was merely the description of a System Reference Code, rather than a Message Identifier.
