My personal rant to IBM is - this is typical for modern times: nice looking web pages
with nifty features like popups and blinking elements if you mouseover. But the important
part (the information to deliver) is not easy to find, is deeply organized so you
need 10 clicks to find the right document, and it is online.
perfect situation when you're in the customers data center without any internet
connection and need to find some important topics.
