On sessions with this turned on:
Allow console recovery and console can be taken
over by another console . . . . . . . . . 1 1=Yes, 2=No

I cannot start a shared session now. Doesn't seem to matter if I do it on
a 7.1 or a 7.2 system
Tried upgrading my hmc from 8.8.1.0 to 8.8.1.0.1 and that didn't seem to
help
Power 8's running FW810.00 (54) 01SV810

No problem if I do not have that turned on.

Going into SST and turning that off on a lpar that has it turned on does
not seem to clear the issue however. IPL required?
