Best to look in the history log to see what service disabled your profile. Perhaps your profile was disable by something else and sent the running CR a loop.
And no question is a dumb question, except the unasked question.

this is confusing. here is what happened. last night i was working on
Crystal reports which
are connected to the ibm i.
suddenly the cr got hung. would not show records or do anything.
i tried a different cr and got a message that my id was disabled.
now my question, could the first cr have caused this? the disabling?
being it was sunday night, 9.30pm, I don't think the operator is on site
this time.
I just want to verify that perhaps the cr was in some sort of black hole
and was trying to login more than 3 times and caused the disable.
