Doesn't say what the maximum number of extents are. Well, actually it
says it's "limited by the system" with no explanation as to how that is
determined. It does tell you the maximum size available, and gives an
approximation as to how many messages that is.
It did say that QSYSOPR is set to MSGQFULL(*WRAP).
I do not see an option on CHGMSGQ to change the size. If you recreate and
are changing the initial size, you may also wish to change the increment
size.
Then again, you may want to find out why you have so darned many messages.
I decompiled CRTMSGQ. *NOMAX is a special value for -1. And not for
15622 so it must be stored in the program or something and not the
command.
