How are you uploading the files? Are you using IBM i Access for Windows
file transfer? FTP, a NetServer share, a NFS share, Excel built in file
transfer?

Is her Windows user id the same as her IBM i user id?

Is her password in Windows the same as her password on IBM i? Or are you
getting prompted and entering her IBM i userid and password there?

If she is not getting prompted for her IBM i userid and password, then it
is probably using her Windows credentials. If so, is her Windows password
either all caps or all lower case? Mixed case passwords can cause an
issue.
