Yes.. I found it is.. or was using different creds than her green screen
login. I had to manually put her user name, and save the transfer "file"
properties and it seems to remember who she is when I log her out then back
in, probably based on the properties within that upload file I saved... so I
think I'm all set.. the weird thing is the other users are set the same as
she is "Use System iNavigator setting" and it seems to draw the correct
creds that way.. but hers I had to set manually..
I tested it for accuracy by returning public to Exclude and she is able to
upload using her G092 login creds

I might have missed something, but if the user logs in as G092KMB, and user
G092KMB already has *ALL authority to the file, doesn't this mean that the
transfer must be using a different profile than G092KMB?
