About that initializing load source issue,

I couldn't get a hmc "Remote Service Session" to work so I am using IBM's
AOS (Assist On Site) to let IBM connect into a PC with remote hmc 5250
session and remote browser into HMC.
Apparently a new CPS is being opened.
Gee, all this to initialize drives for shipping back and end of lease...

IBM is supposed to be sending me some documents on what firewall settings
I will need to get "Remote Service Session" working so I can turn that
into our network technician.
