I have doubts. For instance, we have a customer, who had problems with
LIC tasks consuming too much CPU after moving resources between
partitions. The symptoms came afer varying on virtual ethernet
interfaces. I opened a PMR, they came out an immediate PTF, but its
pre-req is MF99009 bein permanently applied. (The customer does NOT
have TR group installed at all.)
