RE: Disk: Percent full a performance factor?

Yeah, there are so many people that want you to remove limits. Like
'Hey my job ended because the job message queue got full.'
'Why did the job message queue get full?'
'Because this job got into a loop.'
'So, was the problem that the job message queue got full, or, that the job
got into a loop that filled up the job message queue?'
'oh....'

Granted, there are times when you have to set your job message queue to
infinite. Like applying certain ptf cumes and whatnot.
