I deal mostly with a "legacy" software package, which uses CLP rather
than CLLE. The only CLLE usage is the modules that I've written for
incorporation into service programs. That code was written years ago.
I do a lot with service programs, but mostly they are composed of a
single RPGLE module.

One of the issues back then was the lack of an H-spec equivalent,
which has since been addressed with DCLPRCOPT.

Another issue is that a CLLE module can only contain a single
procedure.

And there is the lack of prototyping for procedures called from a CLLE
module.
