Sorry don't have time to go into a ton of detail. I am leaving for a
Disaster Recovery test at our remote datacenter.
Only very limited impact with a 3rd party query tool that creates
temporary files (infor query tool) for reporting purposes.
We have been running a very diverse work load on these lpars on TR9 with
only the two issues that I reported.

Jim,
Are all CRTPF failing with CPF7311, or only isolated cases.
Would mind sharing more details?
Paul

Yes, we applied it to a set of development servers and production servers
late last week.
We have two issues open with IBM as of now.
Those using the lab services "Image Catalog Media Library for Archive"
Virtual Optical Media Library product.
http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/resources/systems_i_hardware_storage_optical_imgclglibraryv2.pdf
Beware TR9 breaks the virtual optical support. When trying to add a new
catalog entry (virtual optical platter) the operations fails with
OPT1825,OPT1821 AND CPFBC10.
We reported the issue to IBM late last week and they issued a test PTF
that corrects the problem.
Also, have a ticket for a DB issue with CRTPF failing with CPF7311. This
issue is not reolved at this point.
