Yes, F6=Add new users. And on the resulting screen, F11 again toggles you through detail object authorities and data authorities, just in case you need some customized authority. (Customized is a user defined combination that isn't covered by the standard *ALL, *CHANGE, *EXCLUDE and *USE that you can put in the Object Authority field.)

Not totally clear what you are asking/trying to do, but maybe EDTOBJAUT
OBJ(objname) OBJTYPE(*FILE)? F11=Display detail object authorities. All the
object authority fields are now editable, Use F1 in any of the fields for
more info.

Or WRKOBJ , then 2=Edit authority.
