Sort of like having QBASE being your controlling subsystem but it's in a
restricted state. Someone starts QBATCH and it gloms on to that job
queue. They start QBASE but it can't grab that job queue because it's
allocated to QBATCH. Now they end QBATCH and the job queue is no longer
being processed.
I can see that happening.
Especially in a Domino shop.
