Speaking of Navigator monitors.... I have several that watch cpu and disk usage for various systems and emails interested parties if something goes awry. IBM's current direction is to enhance Web based Navigator for i and it appears that Windows based System i Navigator is functionally stabilized. Does anyone know if System Monitors (and other Management Central useful things) are going to be implemented in the new Navigator or anywhere else?
Regarding the web Navigator, on my 7.2 machine there's an entry in the navigation tree on the left for Monitors. I just set one up and it works fine.
I've been making a concerted effort to try to use the web Navigator for all my operational needs. It has a few things I dislike (what doesn't?) but I can do pretty much everything I need with it.
