We are using eVault. As you mentioned it is easy to install and configure. Restores work great as well. Only issue we have is with replication to the cloud. That process can be a little better. Reporting and such is also weak. Cloud storage is also expensive compared to others.

Hello all,
I'm considering eVault as an option for backup/recovery and also for some migration work. Bottom line is I'm comparing eVault to alternatives such as BRMS Data Domain, etc. Has anyone else thought this through with any comparison points? So far, I've found eVault incredibly simple to install and configure compared to Data Domain. No virtual device descriptions to worry about sharing between systems either.

Any other thoughts?
