She has a printfile that has 208 columns so she wants to specify a CPI of 20
but a width of 208 instead of 220. I said that i always make the printfile
width equal to the CPI times the page width in inches (20 x 11 = 220). Does
the page width not equal to 220 and a CPI of 20 cause any problems that
anyone knows of?

Hmm. I think that if you do that with a print file that's untimately going to be converted to a PDF, you might end up with an odd sheet size in the PDF.
