You can set up an Exchange Mailbox or public folder to receive the reports.
You could also use transformation services to generate PDF's in the IFS or network folder perhaps.
You could also purchase a document management system such as our WebDocs product to pull them off the I and archive them along with all of your other system reporting.

subject: BRMS Reports - Where do you keep them?
I've had a process in place for years where my two most critical BRMS
reports (Recovery Volume Summary and Recovering The Entire System from each
of three partitions) are converted to PDF's and emailed to gmail, lycos and
a local ISP. We were a Lotus Notes shop but three years ago switched to
Exchange.
Occasionally now we get flagged/blocked as a source of spam. In the past
this never seemed to affect gmail - until today. Now I can't email (even
manually) my reports anywhere.
I've got the email admin looking into this, and I suspect (as they have in
the past), they can call or logon to a site and get the blacklist entry
removed, but this seems to only be a temporary solution and after about 90
days the problem reappears.
So what is everyone else doing to ensure access to their BRMS Reports in
the event of a disaster?
