APARs that document /leaks/ in temporary storage are supposed to
include the symptom keyword TMPSTGLK so they are easily searched\located.
Of the Temporary Storage PTFs documented in

http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas8N1017368> each release
has one or a few that are not included in a cumulative PTF package.
Note: the document poorly defines the heading "Level" for the four-digit
value XNNN that is provided as replacement within the cumulative PTF
level of naming "cXNNNvrm" [the 'c' designates a Cumulative package and
the 'vrm' are the digits from V#R#M# that appear in the table heading
for each Version/Release/Modification-level of the OS or LIC], and a
missing\blank value in that column indicates that the PTF is not yet
included on any cumulative for that VRM.
