For the IPL type, I'd just use F unless I really wanted a thorough hardware diagnostic and then use S.
The P & T refer to the firmware version of the service processor (Permanent & Temporary - think of an A/B side IPL of the system). I do recall having to update it once at IBM's request to fix a problem.
Change the V=H to V=F and I believe you're good-to-go.
