I'm not sure what you mean by "Question Mark", but my About Mozilla Firefox shows "37.0.2" and "Firefox is up to date".  Running Win7 Pro.

It should verify current version and upgrade to latest, if any.

Btw: Win 7 Pro, maybe there a differences depending on OS. Checked my Android Phone, it is on FF 38 too.
