I'm working on a new box with 3 partitions. I have all three partitions as "target systems". I can connect and manage one of the partitions (7.2) just fine. When I try and set one of the other partitions as the target system I get the login window which I key my id and password into (I have secofr rights). When I press enter the login panel stays there but has the text "null" in red on the rhs. If I use an invalid user id/password then I get the "user id not known" message so I know it's being validated. I can't get past this login. These partitions are 6.1 and 7.1 and are (I think) up to date on PTFs. Anyone?
SWAG: Check the setting for the System Value QLMTSECOFR "Limit security officer device access"; while the invalid user scenario functions well, the user not authorized to the device might be the origin for difficulties.?
