File Systems --> Integrated File System --> >From there you should see Root, QOpenSys, QDLS, QSYS.LIB, QNTC etc.. etc.. If you've already navigated into "Root" then you won't see QDLS there. If you're on a command line, try: WRKLNK '/QDLS/<yourfoldername>' Just to verify it's there.
