Trying to understand his definition of hard. Maybe it has to do with his
compliance auditors on anything that's 'downloaded' vs straight from IBM.
Maybe it has to do with distribution to other customers and whatnot and
this isn't quite as simple as saying "you must have PTF such and such".
All valid.
I expect some argument about the PTF. There's always those who believe
the big lie: "If it isn't broke, don't fix it" and don't apply PTFs. Or
have the BOFH who makes it tough to apply PTFs.
